Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PHMACAO you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility (21+)
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your location. The casinos PHMACAO covers hold PAGCOR licensing for players in the Philippines. PHMACAO itself is an independent guide: it does not hold a gaming licence, open accounts or accept bets.

Accounts & Verification
PHMACAO does not open or manage accounts. Licensed operators carry out Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks in line with regulatory requirements and may freeze or close accounts that breach their terms, show signs of fraud or collusion, or fail verification.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses
PHMACAO does not process payments or offer bonuses. At operators, deposits and withdrawals are processed through methods such as GCash, Maya, and bank transfer, and withdrawals may require completed verification. Bonuses are subject to each operator's wagering requirements and rules; abuse of promotions may lead to forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.
Responsible Gaming
